There are just some days when our schedule is hectic that I do not want to deal with doing the dishes. I feel bad using disposable plates because of the waste, so I was excited to give these a try because they are natural and biodegradable! First and foremost, even though the item description calls them "bowls" they are NOT. They are plates, like the label shows in the photo. They are the size of salad plates--so good for appetizers or a smaller meal, but not a full meat-potatoes-veggies type of meal. These plates are super sturdy! There is no need to worry about sauces leaking through or holding a heavy plate with two hands. I will admit that I was not prepared for how much space these plates take up. That's not a bad thing per se, but it would have been helpful to know. Because they are constructed of palm leaves, each plate is thick and slightly shaped differently. The pack of 50 came in a box that was two feet tall! The palm leaves are sturdy, but it also means that they take up a lot of room in your disposal bin and are nearly impossible to break into a smaller size. Regardless, we have a compost bin in our complex, and I feel so much better knowing I can dispose of these plates there rather than the trash. I would absolutely purchase this again!

These unique heart shaped bowls are much sturdier than most disposable bowls. Not only is the shape unique, but they are made out of palm leaves, which is an eco-friendly compostable material. It's remarkable for a natural product to be so durable. We've served them with very saucy meals with no issue.We also love using them for cheese trays and evening snacks because the heart shape is just an extra perk that makes us smile.A couple of cons is they are a bit pricey at $32 for a 50 pk but are definitely worth it for their sustainability, durability and novelty.

He's pretty bowls are pretty shallow. They make a better deep plate than a bowl. But the perfect for Valentines or a sweetheart lunch or meeting. I made out of Palm leaves so they're eco-friendly, biodegradable and compostable. They're very sturdy and they won't go limp on you but they are also very lightweight. Their chemical free, non-toxic, and odor and taste free. They're also very disposable. You can microwave these bowls, they're fine the first time, but don't do it the second time because they will work. They're good for hot or cold and they don't have any wax or plastic on them. They're very inexpensive, about a half a penny a piece. So if you're having a Valentine's party or maybe a shower for the bride or a sweetheart luncheon, I recommend that you buy a set of these heart-shaped palm leaf bowls.

Love these bowls as they are perfect size and shape for our breakfasts. They are very durable and I love the hard shell feel of these, you can tell the good quality make up of these. As with the heart shape, you do have to be aware of what you place on them as it is a unique design. Microwaveable safe and easy to discard afterwards.
